Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day after the order is placed.

• Shipping takes 3–5 working days via standard delivery.

• We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Return Policy

If you change your mind and wish to return your Trido set, we’re happy to help—provided the item meets the following return conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and protective film.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
   

To arrange a return, please contact us at trido@trido.uk, and we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
